Yesterday  our honourable Education minister in press meet clearified that our regularisation is totally based on the performance in Gunoutsav.Means your school must secure either A or B grade to pave the way for regularisation and if it secures C or D grade then you have to take a long rest in process of regularistion. Now my main question is . For contractual teachers you have taken that step but what about regular teachers.What steps will be taken for regular teachers.? Ok now let me elaborate you,What is gunoutsav? Gunotsav is a quality enhancement initiative of the State for bringing about improvement in learning level of students at Elementary level. First of all our task is, Lets bring all TET contractual teachers under one umbrella association.With 25000 total candidate and three different union bodies ,we are totally in aimless direction,.One association bodies will think to take decision on a particular topic and other association will dissapprove it. Why cant we be one.. One decision,one thinking and one name .As we all know "United we stand divided we fall". This type of differences in our association can benefit the government they may take serious advantage of us. Are you all guessing who are in the picture ? They are neither fisherman nor farmer . I can proudly say that they are the TET contractual teachers of Assam. They are on their way to school. Honest in our duty and most Hardworking,this is our main characteristics which determines us. Irrespective of all obstacles we face in our way we perform our duty of shaping the future of students.
