7th pay commision ,unity in TET assam teachers and digital protest

As we know from this year onwards assam government announce revision of pay and all the employees working will be benefitted.But the most hot topic striking in the mind of Assam SSA teachers is

"Ami bure 7th pay commission mote salary pam ne"?

Answer is why not we all are elegible give me one reason for uneligibility.

So next question is "Ami graduate scale pamne"?

Answer is right now all contractual lp teachers bill is being prepared as intermediate scale .So we will get intermediate scale for the time being.

So now lets discuss about our drawback where we fall.

We all are aware with the fact that Maximum TET teachers working are youth.We are socially active we have the enthusiasm to work co operatively but we everytime fail to maintain that in true sense we dont have any unity at all.We just show our courage in social networking site but whenever there is need of gathering and discussing our attendence we have seen before only how much of us we cooperate in that.And do you know one of the most interesting fact whenever we are to do anything we need a leader actually our thoughts are degrading day by day .we always need someone to lead us it had turned out to be our very odd habit.We are youth we have a lot of innovation in us we can do anything .we are active social networking user, let me tell you all one thing here in present context it is the most powerful weapon it can destroy and it can build too.

Destroying is not our aim so we should think something better to build.

Now a days i see lotz of teachers protesting by boycotting their own class .Ok tell me one thing what are we? We are teacher and teaching is our primary goal.If sun will not provide light then from whom we can expect of light.

We are teacher if we will boycott the class who will teach those innocent children .what is their fault? Being a teacher we should not be that much selfish  for our fulfillment of need ,we will stop for what we are made for?

I know for fulfilling some wants there is a need of pressuring the government but bandh or boycot is not a solution.

We should think of something different ways to protest like one i have thought and named it as "Digital protest".

How it works let me tell you this is nonviolent form of protest and it may prove to be successful but we should work coperatively and unitedly.

We all SSA teachers are active social network user .so if we have any dissapointment first we have to contact our concern EM and education department and try to solve it fruitfully but if they  fail in their work we should choose the path of digital protest ,as whole india is changing into digital then why not the protest also. So the main medium of Digital protest is twitter and you know one thing almost all political leader are socially active in twitter.So let me tell you how it works each and every teacher will open a twitter account in his/her name, if in total a minimum 5000 teachers open it then next step will be the topic for what we will pressurize the government.For example we will choose the topic "regularize all Assam TET teachers working",.

Next step will be convey the topic to each and every individual and choose a special day.Start that topic using # tag in early morning e.g.#regulariseallassamTETteachersworking .No gaps while using # tag and each and every individual teacher should tweet using that # tag subject and dont forget to tag particular EM .Example as shown in the image

In this way if one teacher write 10 tweets in the same pattern continously 5000×10=50,000 tweets in total .Surely we will trend in national level

And you know every active twitter user check the trending topic in twitter so to pressurize from centre we can tag @MHRD also.it will be a landmark if we can trend it .And  above 10k tweets we can easily trend in top10 all india basis.

Ok this was the first form of digital protest and another way also we have like www.change.org where we are to generate an online petition in a particular subject and each and every individual must sign it using his or her email.

And if we think to protest in different form other than digital then the protest should be peaceful and without boycotting any class.Peace has always lead to victory though it may take a long time but sucess is there .Suppose if we are to do strike or protest just choose some non working day and lets gather in that day without hampering any thing .

For all the topics discussed above to be sucessful there requires strong unity ,confident and patience.And these three things we lack heavily in our TET teachers group.Every time we will not get the lighted shown path to walk ,sometimes we should jump in the darkness also but we should have confident in oneself that right after crossing the darkness there is a bright future waiting for us.
