Discussion and analysing :What is the fate of contractual Assam SSA TET contractual teachers now?
Hello my dear colleague teachers First of all i wish you a very Happy Eid-al-fitr .
Today I am here to dicuss some of the very important topic.so lets begin ......
Yesterday our honourable Education minister in press meet clearified that our regularisation is totally based on the performance in Gunoutsav.Means your school must secure either A or B grade to pave the way for regularisation and if it secures C or D grade then you have to take a long rest in process of regularistion.
Now my main question is .
For contractual teachers you have taken that step but what about regular teachers.What steps will be taken for regular teachers.?
Ok now let me elaborate you,What is gunoutsav?
Gunotsav is a quality enhancement initiative of the State for bringing about improvement in learning level of students at Elementary level.
Nowhere it is written that it will block the regularistion process of contractual SSA teachers.
Take example of my district karbi anglong ,around 600 schools are run by single teachers.So now tell me how can those school secures A or B grade.That means teacher working in those school will not be regularised .
Even the founder state of gunoutsav ,Gujarat had not initiated such things ,just they grade the teacher and special training is provided for them.
Next my topic is 7th cpc pay revision.Why so much time is being taken as MHRD has already released its share .
It is sure that the month of june salary also we will not get it in revised scale as no order copy has been directed to block till date.
Biggest confusion till date is why SSA gave personal text message to individual regarding the interim relief that it provided last time.Inplace of that they could have just forwarded a notification to block office or just printed it in some daily newspapers.
Ok now my next topic is "Equal pay for equal work" On 26.10.2016 ,Honourable supreme court of india under civil appeal no.213 of 2013 has directed a judgement that "Temporary or contractual workers are entitle to wage at par with permanent employees".
So keeping view in this judgement it is clear that we have to get the arrear of 11 months from April 2016 to march 2017. It is our Economic and social rights.
And law is in favour of us.Government cannot ignore this .(Full pdf version of judgment is with me anyone needs it can contact it in my whatsapp no.)
Now last but not the least fresh 11 months agreement to be signed by the teachers whose 5 years terms expires.
Why our government is doing so with our future.
West Bengal government can secure the SSA teachers job upto 60 years then why our government cant.As said by our convenor and president of Ssa-Rmsa teachers association Shri.Arvind Rana "90% SSA share is coming from Govt of India now and if all TET SSA teaches are to be merged in Elementary Education then also funds shall come as it is coming now."
That means there is a provison that we can be regularised in our working post as it is a created post,you will be surprised to know that not a single teacher in Assam has been regularised under SSA as all are appointed after the fresh appointment and posts.
A clear voilation of RTE norms has been seen here.
Now fresh 10000 post advertisement will be given but that will also be a contractual .In PAB of annual work and plan 2017-2018 it is mentioned clearly that total 10003 vacany under SSA and 4220 under state.
Total 14223 but state will appoint only 10000.Rest 4223 where will it go? .

According to Shri.Arvind Rana it is said that many times Govt. Of India has twice asked Assam govt. to stop practice of continuing SSA teachers cadres and merge them in elementary education department but our state govt.completely violated it.
Sometimes i think that we are being used in politics.
Dr.Himanta biswa sharma was once our God. And now also we thank him for all things that he did for us.But is it legitimate that a god shall play with the future of his worshipper.
Last time black badge wearing we did keeping in view that if we do harsh protest boycotting class he might feel bad .so we did peaceful protest wearing black badge without hampering class but that also back fired us and kept us in negative shade .we had never opposed reservation system which is a constitutional rights.
So all the topic i discussed above what i got from that? What was my motive behind that.?
Actually we have still more then 20000 in our cadre if we stay united nothing can happen to us.The main thing that we lack in our association is unity.Dont have a doubt and confusion.
Lets walk unitedly .
"Sath hai to kuch hei" warna we are nothing."
We are now travelling in a ship with no sailor in it wether it will be another titanic or our education minister will serve as a ship captain and save us ,that time will say.But for the time being it is advisable to all to stay unitedly
I am not saying that by staying unitedly we will do protest actually unity is required for our job security.
