Assam TET teacher Usha Das and its controversy ? Her allegation true or false,find out here?



The social media is viral with controversy of a lady  TET teacher Usha Das from one of the school of Lahorighat.
According to her allegation she was being threatened to rape and religion conversion etc etc..
And moreover according to her the culprit is none other than the Head master of the same school where she teaches.

 Right after her allegations there arose quarrell in social media between two groups One who is supporting her allegations and the one who is saying that her allegations are false.

Now i am writting here to express my personal opinion here in this article.
First tell me one thing who we are to judge her wether she is right or wrong ?
One question to all the brothers who are defending her decision wether any one of you was present there in the ground when incident happened.If she was harassed that much before only then why didn't she lodge a police complaint as there was no police complain report .
How can we agree that she is true.She may have used the trick to get transfer also.



Now one more question my brothers who are saying her allegation is false,based on an attendence register which is corrected with a withener in each and every times the  name appears thats not sufficient.And regarding the public support to Headmaster and against the lady teacher ,let me clear you teaching is a respected profession so villagers are innocent they may not know the real ground report that actually happened and that compell that lady teacher to be irregular in her duties.And if her allegations were true then it is the most horrible act in such a respectable profession 'teaching'.Mind that.
So the condition is critical to examine .
But still investigation is going on but before then that some body just directly judge it .
And now they are turning the matter to religious  side .One hindu and one muslim.
And just a simple facebook status changes into a communal quarellsome post.Seriously Are we teachers?if then what are we teaching to students .Hate each other just in the sake of religion.Inplace of that we should teach our students that Humanity is a greatest religion.
To those who are naming it as a hindu and muslim mind one thing there is Ali in Diwali and Ram in Ramzan .Then why are we different.
We are same brothers from different mothers.
We are indians by birth and if you are to write something then just write ASSAMESE in bold and capital letter instead of differentiating based on religion.
Because we all know that we are all born assamese and thats nobody can change.


 Regarding the matter of Mam usha das the matter is being investigated .Let the justice prevails.
Real culprit will be brought to  book sooner .And a severe punishment should be given to the one who is guilty.
A punishment which will set an example for the future that nobody tries even to think about that.

So thats all for today.I appologize whole heartedly if my post hurted your sentiments but mind one thing truth is truth, How bitter it may be but you have to accept it.

A great sign of relief for Assam SSA TET teachers .Dont panic and stay calm for the time being now..

Few days before on date:12/05/2017, there was an order copy released by SSA regarding the time period extension of terms for 11 months, only after signing an agreement. Then right after few days of that order copy again one email appeared on Date:22/05/2017 ,stating not to download the previous order copy ,means there was a modification left out to be done. And today finally an order copy was released stating that the terms of SSA  TET teachers whose date of agreement expired on May has been further extended to 11 months. So till 11 months no worries but what will happen after that ? Thats the big question right now. What is that 10 % enhancement on existing basic pay email order copy by SSA Assam?

All the SSA Assam teachers were  waiting for their revision in salary eagerly and suddenly an email by Chief Accounts officer of SSA arrives directing to prepare bill with 10% enhancement in present basic pay. It appears to be like a nightmare to all teachers as all were expecting revision in pay but at last an email flashed of providing a megre 10 % increment in basic pay. So now questions comes that means we are not entitled to 7th pay. Actually if you are thinking that than I must say you are totally wrong . As our education minister has almost clarified that SSA contractual teacher will be totally benefitted from the revision of pay. And even i said and showed the order copy in my last article regarding PAB,MHRD approving the budget of SSA assam for 2017 to 2018 session with copy of approved minutes .
