Dr.Himanta Biswa Sharma:Hate him or love him but i am damn sure you cannot Ignore him and his policies.


A blue eyed boy as soon as he entered the politics since then he has created a sensation.He is a nightmare to his opposition.
He is none other th Dr.Himanta Biswa Sharma ,the most intelligent and bold leader of Assam.
His strategy,his plan with addition of his intellectual mind makes him one of the most bold and amicable leader of Assam.
Dr.Himanta Biswa sharma First joined politics  and won from Jalukbari constituency in 2001 and since then he never loose from that constituency.In 2011 he won with a record margin of 75000 votes.
During his tennure he has introduced lots of innovative welfare schemes.
So lets discuss here some of his mind blowing schemes which proves that he is a masterstroke of Assam politics:
1.Introduction of  TET in Assam:For the first time in Assam he introduced transparent system of appointment of Teachers through Teachers Eligibility Test,that after he abolished the system of interviews, which were major reasons for rampant corruption in appointments.

2.Two child policy:It was under his tennure a very needy policy for the control of population explosion of assam was approved by cabinet.

3.Looking after ones own parents:This is one of his biggest praiseworthy step,Which earned immense praise for Assam in national level even.Actually it was much needed step as we hear a lots of story on how ones own children ignore their parents.With the introduction of this law now if State Govt.Employees doesnt look after their parents then they will face a pay deduction.

4.Health and Education upliftment during his tennure:There is a lot of change in Health  sector after he first took charge as Cabinet minister in 2006 for health .And additional charge of education was entrusted to him in 2011.Since then we have seen that these two departments have multiplied its development with lots of innovative scheme .Like free education to BPL family children till college,Atal amrit abhiyaan,Free text Book till high school ,introduction of Gunotsav in Assam and lots more .Even the Government of India in its various annual reports had singularly pointed out the achievements of the Health and Education departments of Assam

In short we can say that On national level we have Narendra Modi as one of the most powerful leader and in regional level its Dr.Himanta Biswa Sharma.Though in recent times he was sorrounded by lots of controversies like Divine justice remarks, etc etc but as a whole we can sum up that leaders like him is much necessary for us to further develop and forward our state to next level of development.

A great sign of relief for Assam SSA TET teachers .Dont panic and stay calm for the time being now..

Few days before on date:12/05/2017, there was an order copy released by SSA regarding the time period extension of terms for 11 months, only after signing an agreement. Then right after few days of that order copy again one email appeared on Date:22/05/2017 ,stating not to download the previous order copy ,means there was a modification left out to be done. And today finally an order copy was released stating that the terms of SSA  TET teachers whose date of agreement expired on May has been further extended to 11 months. So till 11 months no worries but what will happen after that ? Thats the big question right now. What is that 10 % enhancement on existing basic pay email order copy by SSA Assam?

All the SSA Assam teachers were  waiting for their revision in salary eagerly and suddenly an email by Chief Accounts officer of SSA arrives directing to prepare bill with 10% enhancement in present basic pay. It appears to be like a nightmare to all teachers as all were expecting revision in pay but at last an email flashed of providing a megre 10 % increment in basic pay. So now questions comes that means we are not entitled to 7th pay. Actually if you are thinking that than I must say you are totally wrong . As our education minister has almost clarified that SSA contractual teacher will be totally benefitted from the revision of pay. And even i said and showed the order copy in my last article regarding PAB,MHRD approving the budget of SSA assam for 2017 to 2018 session with copy of approved minutes .
